• Appointment slots are limited per date.

• Keep your appointment reference and QR code after booking.
• Present your QR code when required at the venue.

2. Enter Educational Information — provide your school, course, and year level.
3. Select an Available Date — choose from available appointment schedules.
4. Receive Your Appointment QR — get your appointment reference and QR code.
5. Save or Print Your Details — keep your appointment details and QR code for the venue.
